Gayle Bailey, CIC
Agency Principal, Gayle L. Bailey CIC, is President of Alvarado Pacific Insurance Services, formerly Engel Graham & Buchanan. She is a third-generation insurance professional after being introduced to the insurance business by her father in 1976. That same year, Gayle obtained her property and casualty license and proceeded to learn all facets of the insurance industry.
In 1982, when her father sold his business to Engel Graham & Buchanan, Gayle stayed on. After a brief period of managing what had been her father’s book of business, she moved exclusively into commercial lines, eventually managing the commercial lines of the office. She became a junior partner in 1987, and 12 years later, an agency principal. Today, in addition to the responsibility for the overall agency success, her duties include a strong emphasis on the firm’s commercial lines business management.
Gayle is a past President of the Independent Brokers and Agents of San Diego, for which she chaired fundraisers several times. Since 1999, she has served as the local Chapter Secretary of the Western Manufactured Housing Communities Association, and was the 2000-2003 San Diego representative for the Capital Insurance Group’s Agency Advisory Council. She was also awarded the IBA of San Diego’s “Agent of the Year” award in 2006.

Christine Jones, CIC, ACSR
Christine Jones has been in the insurance industry for 26 years working on both the company and agency side of the business and is currently a broker at Alvarado Pacific Insurance Services. She has obtained her Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) and Certified Insurance Councilor (CIC) Designations and eagerly continues her insurance education. Her diversified background has given her a great technical knowledge of insurance coverage’s and risk management.as an owner/partner in multi-family rental housing herself, Christine has a personal awareness of the day to day risks and exposures faced by property owners and managers. Born and raised in San Diego County, Christine enjoys spending her spare time with her husband of 23 years and two college age sons.
